Art Spectrum® Phthalo Blue Soft Round Pastel shades.
Phthalo Blue is based on the Phthalocyanine pigment which is renowned for its tinting strength. It’s the pigment which is produced in the highest volumes globally, probably because since 1965, British Rail has used Phthalo Blue to paint their carriages, though they call it ‘Rail Blue’ or ‘Monastral Blue’. This smoky variation has a hint of Mars black which brings out some hints of green.
