Art Spectrum® Cadmium Red is a neutral red similar to Spectrum Red, slightly warmer on the spectrum.
When mixed with white it becomes more opaque with a high tinting strength.
Cadmium Red is also used as a primary red to make solid secondary mixes. Cadmium Red is an opaque red pigment with excellent layering properties. It is popular for its strong rich colour.
