Art Spectrum® Bleached Beeswax has a high melting point that is added to oil mediums and varnishes to add body which alters brushstrokes and imparts a matt effect. Also used in encaustic painting and one of the ingredients for candle making, batik painting and timber polishes
Art Spectrum® Bleached Beeswax is treated at high temperatures and filtered to remove all impurities. No additional chemicals are added as this high grade is also used in cosmetic products.
